- fixes an issue with the scriptmanager on the SaveTemplate dialog
- .htm / *.html gets now automatically added to the allowed extension list for the host as soon as one uses the SaveTemplate dialog
- fixes an issue with childportals where the filemanager dialogs did not load the directories correctly
- fixes an issue with the spell checker not working as expected
- changes to DMX integration. Basically the content provider setting has been removed as the DMX integration now runs off a dedicated DMX button that has to be configured in the toolsfile. See the documentation for full details.
