Thanks! After hours of fighting issues with the default RAD provider I installed the dnnWerkRadEditorProvider. It fixed issues with the default images folder and missing localization files.

Very ncie start, but some enhancements are needed for production use

Didn't yet check out all the options, but it works like a blast. And I like the way it is controlled with a module in stead of in web.config.
