DMX browser integration now supports DNN 6 and DMX 6
DMX browser now works with multiple portals

This release introduces an overhauled config UI where appropriate controls are being used where possible. Controls are being used as follows:

for true/false options a checkbox
for enumerations a checkboxlist
for numeric values a numeric textbox
for folder selections a dropdownlist

Also each setting now exposes an inline help icon for your conveniance.

It is advised to re-visit your existing configurations and save them.

Added a image tester page that can be called from clientside scripts to see if an image exist. This comes in handy when you want to auto fire a lightbox plugin for image thumbs

added missing german resources
re-organized default toolsfile. Insert media options and Templating options are now grouped into a dropdown. Justify buttons were moved to the paragraphs dropdown. Font selectors and Font size selector have been removed to better support css skinning. If you still need the old style full blown tools set, you can use the default configuration.
